Carry On

The righteous will flourish like a palm tree, they will grow like a cedar of Lebanon; planted in the house of the Lordthey will flourish in the courts of our God.

They will still bear fruit in old age, they will stay fresh and green, proclaiming, “The Lord is upright; he is my Rock, and there is no wickedness in him.”

Letting Go

Matthew 11:29-30: “Come to me, all you who are weary and burdened, and I will give you rest. Take my yoke upon you and learn from me, for I am gentle and humble in heart, and you will find rest for your souls.  For my yoke is easy and my burden is light.”

God’s Will

How can we know when God wants us to move forward or wait on Him?

James 3:17: But the wisdom that comes from heaven is first of all pure; then peace-loving, considerate, submissive, full of mercy and good fruit, impartial and sincere.

Morning Prayers

Make morning prayer time an unshakable discipline in your life. Spend time in prayer before the busyness of your day begins.

Psalm 5:3 In the morning, Lord, you hear my voice; in the morning I lay my requests before you and wait expectantly.

Psalm 88:13 But I cry to you for help, Lord; in the morning my prayer comes before you.

Psalm 90:14 Satisfy us in the morning with your unfailing love, that we may sing for joy and be glad all our days.

Numbering our Days

Psalm 90:12: Teach us to number our days, that we may gain a heart of wisdom.

What Difference Will This Make in 24 Hours?

2 Corinthians 4:17: For our light and momentary troubles are achieving for us an eternal glory that far outweighs them all.
