Our Coaching Process

Apply

Enroll in the coaching program and complete a self-assessment. Debrief the assessment and create the coaching plan.

One-on-One Coaching Meetings

Conduct bi-monthly one-on-one coaching sessions. Opportunities to practice new behaviors and mindsets are provided in real time application exercises.

Peer Learning Sessions

Participate in monthly group learning events. This is an opportunity to explore topics that are particularly relevant for Christian women in the workplace today.

Lauren Stibgen is an operations leader in the private wealth/family office industry. She’s served her current client for 15 years, and her position has spanned the areas of information technology, public relations, risk management, marketing, and philanthropy. More than this, Lauren is passionate about networking with and supporting Christian women in the workforce. She leads weekly prayer groups for female executives and a regular Bible study for women who want to grow in their boldness and faith.
