Conflict at work is inevitable. Unmet expectations, difficult clients, disagreeing with a coworker, and so much more can drive wedges between people and teams. Since conflict is part of our regular interactions, it matters how we handle it. Our words and actions amid conflict can build up or tear down our team and our trust. Jennifer Thomas, a clinical and community psychologist and author has experienced and helped clients navigate countless workplace conflicts.
In this Zoom Get-Together, we’ll learn how to increase teamwork, resolve conflict, and build trust as Jennifer teaches from her newest book Making it Right at Work, coauthored with Dr. Gary Chapman and Paul White. Together, let’s build healthier teams as we do conflict well!
