Do you feel the weight of stress or anxiety? You’re not alone. So many of us carry these burdens as we deal with situations at work, in our family, and in our world, and the weight of it all can feel so heavy—especially taking a toll on our mental health. But here’s the truth: our mental health is not separated from our body and spirit. Jesus reminded us of this when he told us to love the Lord with all our heart, soul, mind, and strength.
In our November Zoom Get-Together, Dr. Deb Gorton will invite us to nurture our body, mind, and spirit together and create peace, resilience, and hope in Christ. We’ll also discover why integration matters, the truth about anxiety, and the resource our faith is as we live in a world of uncertainty.
So, join us Saturday, November 8 at 10am CST.
This event is thoughtfully designed for women, providing a supportive and nurturing environment for spiritual growth. While the live sessions are reserved for women participants, recordings will be available on this page for anyone who wishes to benefit from the teachings and fellowship.
