PROGRAM D6853

“Don’t leave home without it,” the credit card slogan says, but I’m here to tell you that a credit card can’t begin to do for you what a grace dip will do.

Dip yourself in the grace that God has showered on you by a daily reminder of what it means to serve a God of all grace, a God who is loving beyond belief, a God who has good plans for you and wants to shower you with his joy and protection and contentment.  We need to live in grace every minute of the day.

Here’s what a grace dip will do for you:

•           It will improve your looks.  On my trips to Israel I always try that mud from the Dead Sea as a face mask because it’s supposed to really improve the condition of your skin.  Well, I can assure you that dipping in grace every day will do wonders for your looks—more than Dead Sea mud.  It will take worry lines out of your face; it will put a sparkle of joy in your eyes; it will revitalize your lips so they speak words of encouragement.  Believe me, you’ll look better and people will notice.

•           A grace dip will lower your stress levels.  You will be more at peace; more relaxed, less frantic as you bask in the knowledge of God’s grace to you.

•           When you’re covered with grace, it improves your relationships.  You are more loving and understanding.  You are less dependent on others and less demanding of them.

And those are just a few of the benefits of a grace dip.  Yes, a grace dip will take some time and discipline.  You’ll have to set aside a good amount of your morning time before you leave home in order to be covered in grace each day.  It comes through prayer and time in God’s Word.  But it will be like a spiritual spa for you, a great refreshing way to start your day so that all day long you are covered with God’s grace.

Remember, don’t leave home without it.  Grace is freely available to all who have believed in Jesus Christ as Savior, but you have to make time to get that grace dip.  I hope you’ll do it every morning of your life.
