Equipped Influencers is a two-year mentoring program for Christian women embarking on their careers, to help them live out biblical principles in the workplace and engage their career as their mission field. Learning how the gospel impacts every area of our lives, including our work, this program prepares women in the workplace to understand their calling as ambassadors for Jesus. Through whole life discipleship, women will be equipped to live out their faith—to be influencers—in their workplace and in society as a whole.

Who is the ideal candidate? A woman who:

  • has recently begun her career and sees her work as a mission field.
  • is hungry to grow spiritually and professionally.
  • wants to be an influencer for the sake of the Gospel.
  • values purposeful work.
  • can devote the necessary time to the program and is willing to wrestle with theological concepts and practical ideas in today’s culture.

This program consists of four weekend meetings spread out over two years. It is structured in this way to allow an opportunity for real change in the lives of the women over the course of the program, and to build deep and strong relationships which will provide support and accountability throughout their careers.

Unlike one-off conferences, Equipped Influencers aims for continuity and change through a deep understanding of the Gospel and how to effectively share God’s truth through words of hope, Christ-like lives, and confidence in Christ and the Gospel.  Participants will be limited to 12 to 15 to allow for one-on-one mentoring and interaction.

If you need travel arrangements from the Chicago area, we will help make those arrangements.
